2. Services
Dravionyx provides student-focused software development and education, including academic project delivery, internship support, custom development, and teaching sessions. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins (e.g., via proposal or order confirmation).
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback when required for the project.
- Use delivered projects and materials only for the agreed purposes (e.g., academic submission, portfolio).
- Attend or engage with teaching sessions where included in your package.
- Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our deliverables beyond what we permit in writing.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms (amount, schedule, method) are as agreed at the start of the engagement. Refund policy is discussed and shared when you get in touch; we focus on delivery and satisfaction and will communicate any specific terms before you commit.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the agreed deliverables and rights to use them for the agreed purpose (e.g., academic submission, portfolio). Dravionyx may retain the right to use anonymized or generalized versions of work for portfolio or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for outcomes arising from your use of deliverables outside the agreed scope (e.g., misuse in examinations or third-party claims).
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
